  • A supportive, non-judgemental conversation to explore your emotions, challenges and life experiences, combined with a guided Flower Essence Card selection to intuitively identify emotional themes and support the essence selection process.
  • Based on the above, specific essences are chosen to address your emotional needs and then applied to the Baihui point (crown of the head) to enhance energetic alignment whilst observing how the body responds to these essences, helps to identify what essences are needed for the personalised blend.
